Am I eligible for EU261 compensation?

If your flight departed from the EU (any airline) or arrived in the EU on an EU carrier and arrived 3+ hours late, was cancelled without 14 days’ notice, or you were denied boarding, you may be eligible unless extraordinary circumstances applied.

When do I pay?

No upfront fees. We deduct 20% from the compensation paid by the airline.

What do I need to start?

Route, date and what happened. Boarding pass is requested later to file the claim.

Can I claim compensation for people who travelled with me?

Yes. You can claim on behalf of friends, family members, children, or colleagues. Each passenger you travelled with may also be entitled to compensation of up to €600. Just include them in your claim form.
